Complaints and Feedback
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Jeanentering Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Jeanentering Septic
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Jeanentering Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@jeanentering.garden and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include getting in touch with the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help as well.
